Dispatch Timeframes
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Orders placed before 10:00am (AEST) on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and are charged in line with standard regional delivery costs.
We use our shipping partner system to ensure accurate, real-time pricing depending on where your order is being delivered.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (within Australia).
Shipping Protection
We offer shipping protection to ensure your order is covered in the event of loss, damage, or non-delivery.

Orders under $100: Shipping protection is optional and available for $2.99 at checkout

Orders over $100: A $2.99 shipping protection fee is automatically applied so your order is fully covered
Due to the increase in delivery delays, lost parcels, and theft, we strongly recommend adding shipping protection to all orders. This allows us to resolve any issues quickly and, where necessary, send a replacement without delay.

As a general guide:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
Orders with shipping protection can be resolved quickly, including replacement where required.
For orders without shipping protection, we will lodge an enquiry with the courier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Authority to Leave
By placing an order, you authorise the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not home at the time of delivery.
If you do not wish for your parcel to be left unattended, please contact us after placing your order.
International Shipping
We currently ship to limited countries worldwide.
International shipping is a flat rate of $30.00 AUD, with delivery timeframes calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We have no control over package delivery once they leave our warehouse however, we endeavour to dispatch the same day or following business day to ensure fast delivery. Please ensure you check your shipping details before submitting your order. Please ensure you check with your country's mail carrier for any import duties, tax, or handling fees that may be added to your order. Due to customs restrictions, we are unable to ship to some Middle Eastern, African, and Asian countries.
